Kevin creates, implements, and communicates the company’s strategic side. Under his leadership, Vooban acquired a huge reputation in software development and business transformation among big name insurance companies and government organizations.
Before founding Vooban, Kevin worked as a consultant for over eight years; he developed strategies for the Department of National Defence of Canada, Boeing and World Bank. He started his first software development company at the age of 20 and sold it in 2003.
Martin develops, participates in and implements the company’s strategic side while dealing with human resources, customer service and tactical squad’s well-being. He takes care of everyone and everything, including operations efficiency.
Having worked eight years for BPR, Fujitsu and TELUS, Martin acquired experience in a number of different areas nationwide and has built up an excellent business network. He started his digital career in engineering, then moved to consulting, where he worked on government and National Defence projects.
François is in charge of delivery of systems aimed at transforming company operations to make them stronger and more competitive. He heads the tactical squad in the bunker. With a bachelor’s degree in computer science and three years of studies in electrical engineering, he started his IT career working on complex international projects, which took him all over the world.
Recognized as an excellent communicator, he contributed to four scientific articles in the field of defence, and has been invited to give more than 10 talks in Canada and Europe.
Dave is responsible for sending companies our most talented consultants: he directs the tactical squad deployed on a mission. He is also our plant manager, who makes sure that processes are efficient and complied with at all times.
Before joining Vooban, he was a consultant for more than 20 years; he structured and developed solutions for National Defence, public safety, insurance companies, financial services and for a number of different government departments and agencies.
He is constantly looking for approaches and techniques to accelerate and improve solution delivery. A generous and experienced partner, Dave has been a college teacher, and was a master’s degree program director at the Université de Sherbrooke.
