DESCRIPTION
What would you say to working on projects that help prevent environmental disasters, reduce food waste or accelerate the adoption of self-driving cars?
As a Project Manager, you will ensure the execution and simultaneous management of numerous projects, including an initial US-based mandate that will involve travelling to the client's site 1 to 2 times a month. You will be responsible for several teams, making sure deadlines, requirements and budgets are respected. Based at our Quebec City or Montreal offices, you will work closely with Team Leads, Architects and clients to identify the risks associated with each project and propose innovative solutions.

Your role will be central to the success of our projects. Day to day, you will:
- Take charge of overall project planning, making sure the estimates, the commitments made and the objectives set with our clients are respected;
- Identify the risks and issues associated with each project, working with team members and stakeholders, to design and implement an effective risk management plan;
- Lead the change control process for projects, to ensure they stay aligned with the initial objectives;
- Oversee and manage the budgets allocated to projects, making sure they comply with expectations and forecasts;
- Support clients throughout the different project phases, clarifying the deliverables, anticipating potential risks and advising them on the budget decisions to be made;
- Report to clients, presenting project progress, team performance and a clear and detailed budget picture;
- Develop accurate and reliable project plans, while making regular updates to reflect changing needs and priorities.
And of course, you will be ready to take on any other related task, because every day brings its share of new challenges here!
To confirm that you are the ideal candidate, here is a portrait of our dream profile:
- 15 to 20 years of significant experience managing multiple complex projects in the services sector;
- You are perfectly bilingual in English and French. Indeed, we are fortunate to work with clients in Quebec, Ontario and the United States;
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field;
- A strong aptitude for leadership, along with great autonomy and unwavering motivation;
- Experience in program and portfolio management (a major asset);
- Proficiency with Confluence and Jira;
- Relevant university education;
- Agile and/or PMBOK certifications, or any other “Ninja” skill set!
