Sarah is Director, Agentic Deployment at Vooban, where she oversees forward-deployed engineering (FDE) teams responsible for implementing agentic software delivery in large enterprises.
At Vooban, she leads the rollout of spec-driven agentic workflows covering the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment, and guides organizations through the cultural and structural shifts that agentic transformation demands, with a strong focus on governance, change management, and capacity development.
Previously, she served as Director of AI Adoption at the Quebec Innovation Council, where she co-authored the report Prêt pour l'IA , and later led the AI Expertise Centre at Quebec’s Ministry of Cybersecurity and Digital Technology. She has been helping organizations digitally transform through AI for over 8 years, drawing on more than 15 years of experience in social and technological innovation.
Sarah holds a Master’s degree in International Law from the Université du Québec à Montréal and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Université de Montréal.
