Since joining Vooban in 2022, Émilie has played a key role in positioning HR as a true business partner. She supports the company’s rapid growth by implementing scalable frameworks and sustainable people practices that strengthen performance, employee engagement, and organizational culture. Her approach is rooted in strong alignment between business strategy, people priorities, and the employee experience.
Before Vooban, Émilie held senior leadership roles at Sépaq, where she contributed to large-scale transformation initiatives, including digital transformation and the evolution of management practices. She developed deep expertise in change management and in supporting executive teams within complex, highly structured environments.
Émilie also spent close to ten years at Proxima Centauri, advising public and private organizations on human resources and organizational development. This experience shaped a pragmatic, business-driven perspective on people-related challenges.
