Along with our 35-hour weeks, we offer you flexibility in your schedule and your workplace! You’re free to choose where you work, but we make sure to create the best environment so you’ll always feel welcome at the office.
4-day weeks, all year long!

You can choose between 35, 37.5 or 40-hour weeks. What’s more, each hour of overtime will be paid!

Each month, we pay for your bus or metro pass, whatever’s most convenient for you. If you’re in Quebec City, you can choose the underground parking instead!

CHALLENGE WON! Vooban took part in the Grand défi Pierre Lavoie 2024 for the first time! It’s fair to say we’re all pumped up to ride as much as 1000 kilometers. There’s nothing more powerful than that to bond a team!

Did you know that threat detection on pipelines is currently done by pilots, who must fly over hundreds of kilometres while inspecting the infrastructure for potential dangers. The application we’re working on helps the pilot detect, validate, and report potential threats that the human eye and brain cannot process consistently.
Flyscan allowed us to try all sorts of new methodologies and to carry out their project the way we wanted!

Patates Dolbec is the largest potato producer in eastern Canada. By implementing AI in their sorting machine, we have fully automated their quality control process, as well as avoided the waste of nearly 500,000 pounds of potatoes per year!
A Vooban-made project, from development to AI implementation – that’s something to be proud of!
