As an AI Team Lead, you’ll manage a team of 4 to 5 (possibly more in the future) AI Scientists in their daily, multi-project activities.
DESCRIPTION
Specifically, you’ll be responsible for mobilizing your team to deliver multiple projects simultaneously for our clients. Your past experience as an AI Scientist enables you to fully understand your team’s challenges and to support them. You’ll also take on the role of Scrum Master to ensure that sprints are delivered consistently. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for assigning tasks within your team to optimize everyone’s skills. Ideally, you’ll do all of this with a passion for low-quality puns to keep the team motivated.
We’re looking for someone with solid AI knowledge, who has proven themselves in a leadership role, capable of building trust with their team of experts, clients, and project collaborators (project managers, Product Owners, UX-UI designers). Does this sound like you? We have a spot for you!

Patates Dolbec is the largest potato producer in eastern Canada. By implementing AI in their sorting machine, we have fully automated their quality control process, as well as avoided the waste of nearly 500,000 pounds of potatoes per year!
