As Tech Lead, you will guide your team and your projects to success!
DESCRIPTION
More specifically, you will design and build software and cloud architectures in collaboration with the DevOps specialist. Additionally, you will be responsible for enhancing the coding skills of your team members. You will ensure code integrity and quality, adherence to architecture standards, and oversight of CI/CD processes.
We are looking for an open-minded person with solid programming skills and an affinity for coaching. As Tech lead, you will be the techno expert and the Sherpa who guides your team through best practices. If you're a talented communicator, a leader and a bit of a geek, we've got a place for you!

CHALLENGE WON! Vooban took part in the Grand défi Pierre Lavoie 2024 for the first time! It’s fair to say we’re all pumped up to ride as much as 1000 kilometers. There’s nothing more powerful than that to bond a team!

Patates Dolbec is the largest potato producer in eastern Canada. By implementing AI in their sorting machine, we have fully automated their quality control process, as well as avoided the waste of nearly 500,000 pounds of potatoes per year!
A Vooban-made project, from development to AI implementation – that’s something to be proud of!

Did you know that threat detection on pipelines is currently done by pilots, who must fly over hundreds of kilometres while inspecting the infrastructure for potential dangers. The application we’re working on helps the pilot detect, validate, and report potential threats that the human eye and brain cannot process consistently.
Flyscan allowed us to try all sorts of new methodologies and to carry out their project the way we wanted!
