Do best practices for onboarding new employees, implementing training programs, and developing talent hold no secrets for you? If so, keep reading, because Vooban is looking for a second advisor to join its stellar team!
With current and projected growth, we’re looking for someone who can further enhance our already highly efficient onboarding processes for our offices in Quebec City, Montreal, and Toronto. Afterward, your focus will shift to internal skills development.
We’re looking for a structured and curious individual who loves blending adult learning principles with technology, improving processes, and evolving programs. Are you someone who listens well and connects easily with people? Do you enjoy (or tolerate) your colleagues' cheesy wordplay? If so, reach out to us – you might be the gem we’re seeking!
Oh, and by the way, you’ll need to be able to regularly travel to one of our offices in Quebec City or Montreal. Building strong relationships with employees and your team is key, and you’ll want to have more to talk about than just the weather.

CHALLENGE WON! Vooban took part in the Grand défi Pierre Lavoie 2024 for the first time! It’s fair to say we’re all pumped up to ride as much as 1000 kilometers. There’s nothing more powerful than that to bond a team!

Patates Dolbec is the largest potato producer in eastern Canada. By implementing AI in their sorting machine, we have fully automated their quality control process, as well as avoided the waste of nearly 500,000 pounds of potatoes per year!
